  • E-commerce Developmentonline stores with shopping cart functionality

  • Online Community Platformsweb forums, social media integrations, or community software

We also provide monthly maintenance plans for all types of websites to keep them secure, fast, and up-to-date.

Below is our 10-step website design process, designed to save time, money, and make the experience simple for you.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Talk to us via phone, email, or online chat about what you want your website to achieve. This helps us understand your goals and requirements.

Step 2: Determine Your Web Solution

We’ll help you choose the best type of website for your business from our three main categories: responsive design, e-commerce, or community platform.

Step 3: Proposal

We send a detailed website design proposal, outlining the scope of the project, deliverables, and costs. This ensures there are no surprises down the line.

Step 4: Contract Agreement

You digitally sign our web development contract. This protects both your business and ours in case of any disputes.

Step 5: Deposit Payment

A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to begin development. The contract clearly shows both the deposit and the remaining balance.

Step 6: Gather Your Media

We collect all the content we need from you, including:

  • Text and copy

  • Photos and logos

  • Any other media or branding materials

Once we have these and your deposit, we start developing your website.

Step 7: Draft Website

A draft website is created within approximately one week.

  • You can request free changes for 1 week (as long as there are no delays on our side)

  • This ensures the design reflects your vision before moving forward

Step 8: Review & Beta Testing

We guide you through the website to check for any additional changes. Then we move the site to beta testing:

  • Troubleshoot bugs

  • Test functionality across devices and browsers

  • Host the draft site on a subdomain (e.g., sub.example.com)

After testing, the remaining balance is collected before the final transfer to the main domain.

Step 9: Launch

Once you approve the final design, we upload your website to the main domain (e.g., example.com).

Your website is now live and accessible to the public.

Step 10: Ongoing Support

After launch, we discuss optional services to support your online presence, such as:

  • Website maintenance plans

  • SEO optimization

  • Photography

  • Graphic design

This ensures your website continues to grow with your business.
